I'm so mentally exhausted today, and I got nothin'. Soooooooo....
Talk amongst yourselves. I'll give you a topic.
The elbow, often nicknamed the "funny bone," is neither funny nor a bone. Discuss.
(...and don't go all haughty on me and try to tell me it IS a bone called the humerus, because the elbow is NOT the humerus. Look it up.)

My issues reside not so much with the elbow itself as with the inverse side of the elbow. Not that I have issues with any bones per se.
My 3 year old daughter wanted to know what that part of the arm was called. I said "the crook of your arm", though I do not think that is the official nomenclature.
Inner Elbow? Inbow? Arm hinge?
You tell me.
libragirl: there isn't a thing that's funny when I hit my elbow on something. Sweet Mother of God... that HURTS! The ulnar nerve transmits the pain. But it's still not funny. :-)
jaek: Every bit of information I can find calls it "the inside of the elbow." Lame, huh! I like your idea of "arm hinge" better. Much better.
my personal favorite is "inbow" but that's just me.
wire: I like that. Let's go with it. Elbow, Inbow. Elbow, Inbow. Yeah... that has a nice ring to it!
*giggles*
Jaek and I have weird elbows. http://mimawsgarden.blogspot.com/2006_06_01_mimawsgarden_archive.html
I don't know if that will work or not (I am such a naive novice at this stuff!) Otherwise... see June 29th post "Look What I Can Do"...Jaek will just love me for this one!
