Ever seen The Boy in the Plastic Bubble? (Many of you will be too young for that reference.) Or even Bubble Boy? I'm beginning to think I need a bubble. I'm home with the flu... again. What? Is this my third or fourth time since September? I think that's about right. I can't even get my flu shot until next week.
Apparently, I have no immune system. Right about now, I'd take that bubble.

Mega doses on Vitamin C, ecchinacia and an extra multi vitamin and lots of chicken broth.
Too much stress, you need more days just for you.
I remember boy in the plastic bubble, when John Travolta wasn't so pudgy. I think I cried.

Have I ever told you about the horrible magic of nasal irrigation? You can buy kits at the drug store in the cold aisle.
It is hideous and gross, but my colds are less frequent and don't last as long. Plus it drove out a hideous sinus infection very quickly without having to go to the doctor.
Also - vitamins, woman!
I actually own "Boy in a Plastic Bubble" on DVD. Okay, I bought it for $1 in the bargain bin, but I own it. I'm not ashamed. ;)

You should definitely get your flu shot as soon as possible. Maybe take it out back tie it to a tree and use a rifle or something.
