So, where was that Calgon again???

This has been my weekly pattern for the last few weeks...

Monday: Work
Monday evening: Work late, run to an appointment, help with a school activity. Get home around 9 or 10.

Tuesday: Work
Tuesday evening: Run kids somewhere or go to kids' activities.

Wednesday: Work
Wednesday evening: Run kid to confirmation, attend activities.

Thursday: Work
Thursday evening: Run kids somewhere or go to kids' activities.

Friday: Work
Friday evening: Run kids around town to performances or to hang out with their friends OR go to hockey game.

Saturday: Crash all day long from exhaustion.
Saturday night: if possible, hang out with the Farm Boy.

Sunday: Try to cram everything into one day that should have been accomplished over the weekend.

Next month, the schedule will stay about the same, plus I'll be adding a grad class on Monday nights.

I think I need a break.

I'm exhausted just reading it. Whew! You DO need a break.

Man! I'm out of breath just reading about all your running! Yikes! If you keep this up, you'll need more than a break!

I'm perscribing a healthy dose of chocolate/icecream or both and lots of bad daytime tv.

Oh, man, you need to give something up. That's too much.

lizgwiz: eh... I'm just a big whiner. ;-)

stinkypaw: yeah, that's what scares me a little.

ludi: did I mention I'm also dieting? I'm afraid chocolate and ice cream are out of the picture. :-( Maybe that's why I'm so tired... I need chocolate! haha

goldennib: until the oldest graduates this coming spring, I'm afraid there isn't much we can give up. Now, if I could find a way to make money and NOT work... then my problems would be solved! hahaha

Sounds like Super Mom needs a Spa day. Can you do that every week?

What kind of class are you taking?

Sorry it is so rough. I hope you get some rest over the winter break!

UGH. I hope you are able to slow down a little towards the end of the month. And dieting during the holidays? No! I've approached the last several end-of-Novembers the same way: "I will not gain one ounce between now and January 2nd." It's SO much easier to maintain than to lose. You can still get in that little dose of chocolate Ludi was prescribing.

alyssa: I have no idea. A spa day does sound good, though.

-r-: just part of my masters program... no biggie. I will probably sleep through most of winter break... except for when we go out with you and H, that is!

tammara: I've already lost 6 lbs, so I'm not going to give up. It's actually working out pretty well, to tell the truth. I'll give myself a little break at Christmas, but I'm not going to go all out.
