By George, I think she's... addicted!

Thanks to Whoorl, I am now addicted to a game. Unlike Whoorl, I have not been asked to stay off my feet because I am 38 weeks pregnant...where playing a game for hours at a time would be a good thing to take your mind off the fact that it's hot and you can't go anywhere (how's THAT for a run-on?!?!).

I'm not even pregnant at all! I just HAD to go and click on that link to see what the mystery game was all about. And now I'm hooked*. Oh, and I PAID to get hooked.

This is worse than crack. Or mothballs.

*I've made it past Master Detective status and am currently in the middle of the next level, called Prime Suspects. Someone just shoot me. If I hit Dungeon Master**, I beg of you... someone pry me away from the computer.

**No offense, D&D fiends. Well, maybe a little. Sorry.

Oh, I'm not even going to click on the link. It sounds dangerous.

Argh!! I got hooked on this SAME GAME this weekend! Did the trial then HAD to buy it. Sometimes trying to find that damn battery does my head in, but I won't stop until it's done.

Nothing will ever beat Snood. That game led me to being placed on academic probation during my freshman year of college, because I felt it was a perfectly viable excuse to skip class because I was in the midst of a rousing game.

And yes, I finally faced my demons and ended up with a 3.5 GPA, so suck it Snood bastards!

In college one of my friends and I became obsessed with Titanic: Adventure Out of Time for, like, a month. Computer games can be dangerous!

ludi: at least you're productive at your computer. You post interesting photos, etc. I just look for stupid mystery clues. gah.

margus: I played a lot of pogo games for a while... especially Scrabble Blast (I'm a big nerd).

gabrielle: for some reason, I always find the battery. You should try the Titanic game... you have to keep looking for oxygen tanks.... not too tough since they're HUGE-ANTIC! ;-)

hannah: so you're saying I should stay away from that, huh?

othur-me: HAAA! We snared you again!

wire: not anymore than I have become a Texas Hold'Em widow. Luckily for us, we both play golf, so neither of us has to leave the other at home for that. I guess it can't be considered EverCrack, because I don't play at work, and I only play MGF for about an hour at a time. So, I'm good, right???

red: I've never heard of that game. But you're right... they are all addictive... kind of like blogging. ;-)

Dammit, DCMM! (Okay, so really, I only have myself to blame). I downloaded the free trial, which quickly led to the purchase of the full game, last night. HOOKED. It took all my self-control not to call out "sick" to work today so I could stay home and PLAYPLAYPLAY.
