Friday Why Files...now with more ammonium thioglycolate!

WHY #1: Why do I have a sick feeling that this guy is lying?

WHY #2: Why would anyone stiff the Girl Scouts for cookie payments? Gah.

WHY #3: Why haven't I tried this sooner?

WHY #4: Why is everyone judging this mom? I mean... c'mon! She was just being supportive to her son... as he shot someone. Now THAT'S some awesome parenting!*

WHY #5: Why am I blogging right now when I should be getting ready for work? Arrrgh!

WHY #6: Why did I spend half my life sporting a perm? No, I'm not posting pics. Well, maybe... if I can find one.

Happy Friday!

And this concludes today's Friday Why Files...

*Yes, this is me being sarcastic.

I don't think he did it either.

I knew I left some lessons out of my daughter's upbringing. Shame on me.

2- Cookie debts? Really?
3- Which? The screaming, the singing or the punctuation replacement?
4- Talk about helping your kid out! Crazy world we live in!
6- Had a perm once, and never again! Even poodles were rolling on their back laughing the little shaved butts off! It WAS bad!!!

1 - I'm with you. But MAN, he is creepy.
2 - DUDE! You can't stiff the freakin GIRL SCOUTS! That's definitely a way to secure a front-row seat in hell, huh?
3 - Ahh, screaming. I seriously want a soundproof room in my home where I can just go let it all out every once in a while.
4 - Good. Lord. "Shoot, baby, shoot!"
5 - Because it's more fun.
6 - Please, post a picture! If it makes you feel any better, I have naturally curly hair and I once had bangs. The thing with curly hair is that it gets curlier when it's shorter. Therefore, I basically looked like I had pubic hair on my forehead.

Points 1, 2, and 4 piss me off. But 2, 5, and 6 make me happy. I want to see some perm!

1. Probably but then another "Why?"
2. Sad but they'll collect from the deadbeat cookie monsters quicker than mothers do from deadbeat dads.
3. As a waitress, (many moons ago) I stepped into the walk-in freezer and screamed. I felt much better. Singing THAT song would be a guy's thing to do?
4. Mommy & Clyde?
5. You are a dedicated blogger?
6. Please, share!

goldennib: well, as they say, it's never too late. Drive-by lessons together might be kind of fun. Or not.

stinkypaw: the screaming part, most definitely!

gg: Now THAT's a funny image! I'll look for some old perm photos.

margus: you always have the right answers.

-r-: okay, okay... I have to find some.

othur-me: you have to hope it isn't actually the girls' parents. That would totally suck. "Sorry, Sissy. You can't be a Girl Scout until mommy and daddy pay their back cookie money."

mimaw: I like Mommy & Clyde. That's awesome!

I really, really don't understand people. I'd ask what she (#4) was thinking, but clearly, she's unable to do so. (Mommy and Clyde - nyuck nyuck nyuck - Mimaw, you are a hoot!)

I must try #3 - it's worth a shot.

Yes. Yes. Y. E. S.

(Good call on that Rock Kills Kid, by the way.)

tammara: my sentiments exactly.

greg: yes, what? Oh, and I really love the Rock Kills Kid album, but it's not something I should play loudly at work (Life's a Bitch, etc.). ;-)
